By downloading, accessing, or using the ChatAway+ mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our service.
2. Description of Service
ChatAway+ is a messaging application that allows users to:
- Send and receive secure text messages
- Connect and chat with friends and contacts
- Create and customize user profiles with photos and status messages
- Sync contacts to find friends using the app
- Receive push notifications for new messages
3. User Accounts
To use ChatAway+, you must create an account using your phone number and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Keeping your profile information current and accurate
4. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of content you share (messages, profile photos, status updates) but grant us a license to store, transmit, and display it within our service. You agree not to:
- Send illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive messages
- Violate others' intellectual property rights
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
- Share false, misleading, or spam content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the service

The ChatAway+ app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability
We strive to keep the messaging service available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily or permanently discontinue features or the entire service with or without notice for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
9. Message Delivery and Storage
- We make reasonable efforts to deliver messages but cannot guarantee delivery
- Messages are stored locally on your device and on our servers for synchronization
- We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered messages
- Message history may be limited based on storage constraints
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the service stops immediately
- Your messages and account data may be deleted
- You must stop using the ChatAway+ application
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will:
- Meet your specific requirements
- Be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Deliver all messages successfully
- Maintain data indefinitely
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or revenue arising from your use of ChatAway+.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We'll notify users of material changes through the app or by other means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
